In order to protect your legal rights and avoid the problems you may have after purchasing, please purchase Anhui FirstCon products through formal channels. We make a commitment of standard product warranty service to you, and provide the following services to you when you need:
1) Repairing
Anhui FirstCon provides free services and repairs or replacement of damaged parts which due to quality reasons during warranty period. In warranty period, whether damaged parts are caused by human factors or natural damage, Anhui FirstCon only takes cost price when replace or repair the parts. Please provide product warranty card when maintain the products.
2) Replacement
From the date of purchasing (purchase date is on the original certificate, the same as below) within 90 days (inclusive), under the specific environment of product description, products of Anhu FirstCon appear the hardware performance failures which are not artificial, and do not conform to the " Product Description " as well as the relevant national quality inspection standards, the user has the right to choose to replace or repair. If you choose to replace, need to carry the failure instrument and purchase original certificate to Anhui FirstCon authorized service outlets. Anhui FirstCon authorized service outlets will replace the product or failure parts with the same model and specifications for free; if the product or parts with the same model and specifications have been discontinued, we will replace product or parts which are not less than the original product performance. Special note: depending on the specific procurement contract, the product sold with special price does not enjoy replacement services; demonstrator sold with special price does not enjoy the relevant policies of Anhui FirstCon replacement machines.
3) Returning
From the date of purchase within 7 days (inclusive), Anhui FirstCon products appear the performance problems which do not conform to the “Product Description " and the relevant national quality inspection standards, the user has the option to return, replace or repair. If you choose to return, need to carry the failure instrument and purchase original certificate to the vendor of purchasing place, vendor will handle the return of the product for free. And clear the payment back one time with purchase price (subject to the original certificate price, the same as below).
